Founded in 2007 on the island of St. Croix, USVI by Rosa Asencio, RJS Handmade Designs has come a long way from its beginnings as a vendor. When Rosa first started out, her passion for jewelry making drove her to open a storefront, and gave her the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into to a booming business. We now serve customers, not only locally,but all over.
